RIPE Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC)

RIPE NCC is the Regional Internet Registry for Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Central Asia. It plays a crucial role in managing internet number resources such as IP addresses and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs). It ensures the fair and transparent distribution of these resources in the region it serves.

Association of Innovative Applications Enterprises of Greece (SEKEE)

The Hellenic Association of Innovative Application Companies (SEKEE) is a significant organization promoting innovation and technological advancement in Greece. Its member companies span a broad range of sectors, including software development, mobile applications, and digital marketing.

Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises (SEPE)

Greek Internet Exchange (GR-IX)

GR-IX is Greece's only neutral and non-profit Internet Exchange. It facilitates efficient, high-speed data exchanges between its members, improving internet performance and reducing costs.

Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI)

London Internet Exchange (LINX)

The London Internet Exchange (LINX) is one of the largest neutral Internet Exchanges globally, connecting over 900 networks across 75+ countries. As a member-owned, not-for-profit organization, LINX provides peering services, cloud connectivity, and private interconnection solutions, enhancing network performance, reducing latency, and ensuring cost-effective traffic exchange for ISPs, content providers, and enterprises.

German Commercial Internet Exchange (DE-CIX)

DE-CIX is a leading global Internet Exchange operator, facilitating interconnection across Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Established in 1995, DE-CIX operates carrier- and data-center-neutral exchanges, including one of the world's largest IXPs in Frankfurt. It enables high-speed, secure, and scalable data exchange, optimizing network infrastructure for businesses and service providers.

Regulatory & Supervisory Authorities

Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy (ADAE)

The Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy (ADAΕ) is an independent authority operating under the Greek Constitution. Its purpose is to protect the confidentiality of letters, free communication, and correspondence by any means, ensuring network and information security.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

The FCC is the authority that regulates radio, television, telecommunications, satellite, and cable communications in the United States. The FCC plays a crucial role in managing the country's communication infrastructure, establishing and enforcing regulations to ensure reliable and fair communication services, promote competition, and protect consumer interests.

Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT)

The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EEET) is an independent authority with administrative and financial autonomy. It serves as the National Regulatory Authority for electronic communications services and networks, as well as for postal services.

Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA)

The Hellenic Data Protection Authority is a constitutionally established independent public authority, which has as its mission the supervision of the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), national laws 4624/2019 and 3471/2006, as well as other regulations concerning the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data.

National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA)

The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA) of Greece aims to organize, coordinate and implement a comprehensive framework of strategies, measures and actions for achieving and maintaining a high level of prevention, protection, deterrence, response and recovery from cyberattacks. NCSA is a Legal Entity of Public Law (Law 5086/2024) and is supervised by the Minister of Digital Governance.

Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg)

The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) is the statutory body responsible for regulating the electronic communications (telecommunications, radio, broadcasting) and postal sectors in Ireland. It protects consumers, promotes competition, manages radio spectrum, and licenses providers to ensure quality, modern, and fair-priced services. 

National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology of Romania (ANCOM)

The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) is the institution that promotes the interests of users of electronic communications services, postal services and digital services in the context of the transition to the Gigabit society, by making the best use of the mix of administrative and regulatory tools available to the Authority.

Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (RTR)

The Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (RTR) is a state institution with a statutory mandate in relation to regulating, developing and promoting Austria’s markets for media, telecommunications and postal services. The division issues legal ordinances applying to various areas of telecommunications, while also serving as the central information point for infrastructure data and broadband coverage.
